頂新劣油案一審判決魏應充等6人無罪，全台串聯滅頂行動再起，網友利用好市多退貨機制發起「秒買秒退」林鳳營鮮乳，楊姓男子等3人9日晚間到好市多台南店欲買光林鳳營鮮乳再退貨，與賣場工作人員口角僵持半小時，警方接獲業者報案到場排解，最後楊某秒買秒退13瓶3公升家庭號鮮乳。
台南市消保官林國禎表示，依照實體商店買賣行為，原則上民眾不能單方面無條件解除契約，意即不能現買現退，即使業者提高更好的退貨機制（拆封仍可退貨），民眾也不能濫用權利，若訴諸民法，業者有權不讓民眾退貨。
台南市楊姓民眾先致電台南好市多，告知晚間8時許要來買光冷藏櫃裡的林鳳營鮮乳，然後秒退，賣場工作人員接獲楊的通知後就在現場待命。
楊男帶著郭姓、林姓友人現身，3人開始從冰櫃內將林鳳營鮮乳搬上推車，遭到店內幹部阻撓，指責楊男3人是惡意購買行為，倉儲人員立刻將櫃上的鮮乳搬回冰庫，3人仍搶搬走13瓶鮮乳。
雙方爆發口角並僵持半小時，好市多一度拒絕楊男等人結帳，甚至指「難道恐怖分子來？好市多也要賣給恐怖分子嗎？」隨即報警。
楊男強調行為符合店方的退換貨規則並無違法，最後業者妥協讓步，楊男等人結帳買走鮮乳，隨即在店內當場拆封，並將封瓶錫箔紙戳洞，再到退貨區退貨。
好市多總公司表示，林鳳營並非公司主打的鮮乳，但尊重會員權益，未來仍按照原定退換貨機制進行，公司內部暫時未討論到拒絕林鳳營鮮乳上架的問題。
